About the company:

In March 2024, the Money in Motion (MiM) app was launched, a free, unique tool designed for monitoring and managing personal and family expenses.

MiM aims to transform personal finance management from a burden into a simple, efficient, and accessible process for everyone, believing in financial independence through smart planning, saving, and investing.

The Context & challenge

Challenge: The primary goal was to build a simple MVP for budget tracking that engages users and educates them about finance and money habits.

Goals/Objectives: Conduct a research workshop to define the simplest product that could create user stickiness and be adopted by people of all ages and education levels.
